Unit 2

Howdy All!  Before taking this class, I wasn't too sure on how "relaxation" or meditation really worked and honestly didn't believe in it much either.  However, I was EXTREMELY wrong.  I still find it hard to believe after sitting in silence, listening to a soothing audio an focusing on breathing that I feel this relaxed and energized.  Even more amazing, is that I truly felt my legs and feet get warmer during the exercise.  It really comes to show you how much power and how truly connected the mind and body are.  I feel more awake, my brain is more focused and I feel ready to take on the day!
